The beat meal I had in Avignon.

I can't praise this enough, the atmosphere was brilliant with 30's and 40's jazz nicely in the background. The service was superb and the house wine local and good. Generous portions of truly home cooked French food. We had one starter to share which was plenty. I can recommend the rabbit as a main course and the dessert was divine (Creme a la pistach). It is probably a good idea to get there early, they open at 7pm, we got there at about 7.45 and were lucky to get a seat as just after that it was full. Very reasonable prices.
