Hello Fellow Travelers- Myself, my wife and my 8 year old spent the first two weeks of July in France. I kept a personal travel blog for my family to follow along with us (it's not a commercial blog--I make no $ from it). I talk about where we went, what we say, what we ate...I think some of the blog posts will help to inspire and maybe help to shape your itinerary for your trip to France. Cheers! Hi everybody, I’m travelling in Europe with 2 friends.
Currently in Paris,we would like to store our luggage in a locker because we have to leave our hotel at 2pm and our flight for Amsterdam is at 8pm at Charles de Gaulle airport.
We want to shop a last time.
If anyone has any advice ?

Hello, I will have a day in Paris next week connecting between travel modes (in and out of Gare du nord), arriving at 07:00 depart at 16:00.

I have been to Paris many times so no need to return to the iconic and obvious (which the internet search reveals when one searches "Paris one day").

I intend to eat, shop and people watch plus one museum / gallery.

So I am thinking Bon Marche & surround - bit of luxe shopping and eating, BHV - stocking up on some home essentials, maybe Musee d'Orsay…

Hi! We are a small family travelling from Dijon to the south of France, via Ardèche. We'd like to avoid the motorways and rather travel via the beautiful trunk roads, to experience the countryside and regional culture. Our son likes fishing, so passing rivers is a plus. We travel in a camper van which means we'll stay at camping sitrs along the way. Preferably calm campings close to nature :) If anyone has any ideas to share, we'll be grateful! We will leave in two days (25 july), so not too…

Hello,
we're looking to go from paris and la rochelle and back as part of a longer holiday. we missed the cheap train tickets, the blabla cars aren't working for our timings/numbers, the busses are sold out. thus, we're looking at car rentals.

i am not keen to drive around in 'central' paris on a friday afternoon, so my idea is we rent somewhere near an artery off the A10, and use public transport (RER) to get from there back to Gare du Nord. can you save me several hours of cross checking…

Hello! I am looking for any information regarding hiking the Tour Du Monte Blanc.

I am planning to carry a tent and I am having trouble finding information on camping along the trail. Is camping permitted along the route? Or do we need to book campsites for every night?

I have heard that the best place to fly into is Geneva. Has anyone done this? What were your experiences? What transportation did you use to get to the start of the trail?

I would love to hear from anyone who has completed…

Hello all,

I have searched the forum and have not found what I am looking for, my apologies if this has been covered and I have missed it.
My partner and I will be spending 5 days in Montpellier for a conference. We would like to spend a few days at the beach after. Can you recommend a few nice beach towns we can reach easily from Montpellier via public transportation? We do not want to rent a car and would like to stay very near or on the beach and have nice restaurants, grocery store and…

I need heavy duty probiotics (100 billion; 10+ strains) for a medical condition, but they need to be refridgerated. I have this travel bag that keeps medicines cold, but still fear the travel time will exceed what is needed to keep them potent. Anyone know if you can get such a thing in Strasbourg? This potency is hard to find in the U.S.
