My family and I are planning a trip to France for early July next year, but are unsure of where to go. Dad's in his 60s, and my four siblings and I are all in our 20s. We want somewhere that will provide a bit of nightlife for us "kids", nice bars where we can mix with locals and tourists, but also be pleasant for my father to stay. Any suggestions would be appreciated- we'd prefer somewhere south, as we want the sun! We were thinking close to somewhere like Nice, and looking to rent a site.
I'm going to be transferring through Paris between 9pm and ~4am on dec 25/26 this year,,,
What are your suggestions for the funnest way to spend Xmas night in the city of lights!?I'm thinking of an all-nighter,,but with age (mid-50's) comes a bit of wisdom.,
I'm up up for good -clean-,safe fun, in an all-night atmosphere, haven't seen much of Paris.
Is there such a thing as late-night Jazz or other shows, entertainment?
Flight carries on to Morocco ~7am,, so I could see it wise to be…

My girlfriend and I traveling to France in 2 weeks. We are in early 30s, like great food and scenery. We aren't major history buffs but would likely take guided tours wherever we go. We are short on time outside Paris (3 nights), so seems we need to choose between doing Loire Valley/ Bordeaux or Burgundy/ Lyon. Any suggestions would be great to hear. thanks
Hi all - I am planning a short trip to NE / NW France in late April 2017. To enable independent travel I am thinking about renting a car. Anyone had any bad experiences with car-rental companies, either picking up in central Paris or from CDG Airport and returning to same. If you had a great experience I would love to hear about your favourite company. Cheers
Hi everyone! Just wondering if I could ask for your help. I am trying to book a ticket through Flixbus from Paris to Ghent for my solo trip next week and I wonder which bus stop is nearest to Rue de Clichy where I'll be staying. Is it Massy, Porte Maillot, Quai de Bercy, CDG, La Defense, or Porte d'Orleans? Thank you so much!!!
My boyfriend and I will be landing in Paris on US election day and would love to find a place to watch the results that night, preferably with other people that detest Trump. Any ideas on where to go? We're staying in Montmartre but it's not necessary for us to stay in that area. Thank you!
