The Carrousel du Louvre is a shopping centre containing more than 30 upmarket shops and more than a dozen restaurants. It runs underground from the pyramid to the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, the centrepiece is the Pyramide Inversée (inverted glass pyramid), by Pei.
