You can barely move in between this shop’s antiquarian and new travel guides, National Geographic back editions and maps. Opened in 1971 by the intrepid Catherine Domaine, this was the world’s first travel bookshop. Hours vary, but ring the bell and Catherine will open up if she’s around.
