Lonely Planet review for Chez Toinette
In the heart of one of the capital’s most touristy neighbourhoods, Chez Toinette has kept alive the tradition of old Montmartre with its simplicity and culinary expertise. Perdreau (partridge), biche (doe), chevreuil (roebuck) and the famous filet de canard à la sauge et au miel (fillet of duck with sage and honey) are house specialities.

charming French restaurant hidden in a little street
nellekevanderhaar recommends this,
We followed the leads Lonely Planet Paris gave us and ended up at Chez Toinette. It was worth the effort! This little charming French restaurant is great to enjoy dinner. Service was very friendly, wine was really great (even if you order a glass you get the chance to taste it!) and the food really yummy. It's a small restaurant where with lots of attention for the guests. A great place to enjoy dinner after visiting the Sacre Coeur and Montmartre....On your way back, make another stroll and enjoy the views of Paris by night....
