Kunitoraya 2 information
Lonely Planet review
The fancy-pants version of Kunitoraya 1 , the interior here conjures up belle époque France – antique mouldings and mirrors – providing a funky contrast to the wonderfully simple Japanese fare. At lunch, get your udon noodles served with onigiri (stuffed rice squares), sushi or as part of a bento (lunchbox).
Dinner is a pricier experience, with a single prix-fixe tasting menu featuring seven dishes chosen by the chef. Live gypsy jazz on Sunday afternoon.
