Views don’t get much better than ‘the sky of Paris’, the Tour Montparnasse’s 56th-floor restaurant, accessed by private lift/elevator. Starters include snails and pigs’ trotters; seafood is a speciality. The gastronomic Grand Écran menu (€136), available at dinner daily and Sunday lunch, includes a guaranteed window table and bottle of Champagne per person. The bar stays open until 1am.
