This fabulous neo-brasserie has gained a substantial following under the tutelage of Swedish chef Petter Nilsson, who is as comfortable producing daring creations (milk-fed lamb confit and ice bleu d’Auvergne cheese) as he is more subtle ones (gnocchi with roasted almonds and lemon). Nilsson’s penchant for unusual flavour combinations is quite a polariser, so sample the lunch menu before splashing out for a five-course dinner.
