Our new favourite eatery in 'Bleau is this sunny restaurant with dishes that have a southern accent like daube de sanglier (wild boar stew) and salade landoise (an enormous salad of fresh and cooked vegetables, goose liver and gésiers confits, or preserved gizzards), offering one of the warmest welcomes in town. Bring your appetite.
