Chez Michel information
If all you know about Breton cuisine is crêpes and cider, a visit to Chez Michel is in order. The only option is to order the four-course menu, which features excellent seafood (scallop tartare, hake with Breton white beans) as well as numerous specialities like kig ha farz (Breton pot au feu), keuz breizh (Breton cheeses) and kouign (butter cake). An extra surcharge for certain dishes is common.
Two doors down is little brother Chez Casimir , with decent bistro fare, while just next door is the endearingly quirky Pointe du Groin .
