Brasserie Thoumieux information
Founded in 1923, Thoumieux has been worshipped by generations of diners ever since for its menu of duck, veal and snails and its smooth-as-silk service, as well as Sunday brunch (€48). It's now run by Thierry Costes and chef Sylvestre Wahid, who has his twin-Michelin-starred Restaurant Sylvestre upstairs, adjacent to the boutique Hôtel Thoumieux (doubles from €250); brasserie/accommodation packages are available.
