Miss Lunch at Première Pression Provence information
This quaint cafe with tables outside overlooking a quiet leafy square is perfect for lunch after shopping at Marché d'Aligre. Cook/visual artist Claude Cabri, aka Miss Lunch, is the creative talent behind this pocket-sized address, backed by Première Pression Provence founder Olivier Baussan. Cuisine is market-driven and rich in AOC-rated cold-pressed huile d’olive (olive oil) from Provence.
You can buy the light, fruity oils here, or take a daytime or evening cooking class (from €120 for 2½ hours including dinner and wine).
