Miss Lunch at Première Pression Provence information
What started as a clandestine supper club (or rather lunch club) by cook–visual artist Claude Cabri, aka Miss Lunch, is now a unique cafe with the backing of Première Pression Provence founder Olivier Baussan, whose AOC-rated cold-pressed huile d’olive (olive oil) stars in dishes like cottage-cheese salad with cucumbers, peppers and mint on piombi pasta.
You can buy the light, fruity oils here, or take a cooking class (from €120 for 2½ hours including a meal and wine). Cabri still hosts a multicourse Lunch in the Loft one Sunday a month (€70).
