This néo-brasserie has gained a substantial (and international) following under the tutelage of Swedish chef Peter Nilsson who is as comfortable producing dishes like scallops with cress and milk-fed lamb confit and ice Bleu d’Auvergne cheese as he is mini anchovy pizzas. His lunchtime menu is excellent value; dinner menus involve five or seven courses!
