There are commercial banks with ATMs along rue Nationale. The tourist office will usually agree to exchange small sums but the rate is poor. There’s a Travelex exchange bureau (8am-7pm Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm Sat, Sun & holidays) in the Gare Lille-Flandres next to counter No 14.
