Moulin à Huile d’Olive Alziari information
Superb (but very expensive) hand-pressed olive oil, fresh from the mill on the outskirts of Nice. It comes in several flavours of differing fruitiness. The shop also sells delicious tapenades, jams, honeys and other goodies. From Monday to Friday, you can visit the mill to see the process in action: catch bus no 3 to the Terminus stop.
