Résidence Lamartine provides accommodation in Nice's city centre, just a 5 minutes' walk from Nice-Ville Train Station. The residence features a conference room that can seat 12 people and which is equipped with WiFi, a video-projector and a printer. All of the modern apartments and studios are just a 10-minute walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais.
Each of the studios and apartments have a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed and include free WiFi access. The kitchenettes in both the studios and apartments are fully equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator.
A number of restaurants and cafes can be found just a 5-minute walk from Résidence Lamartine.
Résidence Lamartine is just 180 metres from Notre Dame Cathedral and a 15-minute walk to the Marc Chagall National Museum. Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is 7.5 km away from the residence, and private parking is available nearby.
If you expect to arrive after 19:00, you must inform Résidence Lamartine in advance. If no notice is provided, you may not be able to check in.
Cleaning service is provided every three days. Bed linen is changed once a week for stays of more than one week. Please note that there is no cleaning service on Sundays.
