Dine beneath attractive vaults and arches and savour the creative cuisine, impressive wine cellar and elegant rear patio overlooked by a gallery of the Hôtel de Varennes.

Under the vaulted 14th-century ceilings of the Hôtel de Varenne, this famous address affords a subdued and private setting for both candlelight dinners and business meals. Robert Black, the chef, adds his own modern touch to the great regional classics. In summer, one can dine on the patio. Of note is the collection of whiskey's, of which there are more 200 brands.
