Lonely Planet review
Straddling a creek running through the house, this former 17th-century convent has been converted into a très sexy chambres d'hôtes , its dreamy rooms decked in luxe style – locally loomed high-thread-count linens, silk draperies and antiques reupholstered in contemporary fabrics. It also has an excellent gastronomic restaurant , where Chef Jean-Marie Alloin concocts dishes like foie-gras ravioli, and pear sorbet with thyme-and-rosemary chocolates – délicieux!
Our independent authors have visited La Prévôté and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
