Palais Stéphanie's main asset is its panoramic roof terrace with pool: the views are absolutely breathtaking. And then of course there are all the usual luxuries you'd expect from a Palace in Cannes, but that almost goes without saying.
Housed in the old Palais des Festivals, Palais Stéphanie has kept a very '90s feel in the grand reception area but rooms are positively plush and naughties with king-sized beds and oversized hydro-bathtubs in the most exclusive rooms, and phenomenal sea views (doesn't get much better than La Croisette). The hotel has three restaurants, including a bistro on the rooftop to make sure you don't have to forgo that view for the measly task of filling your stomach. And if you prefer saltwater and ground level views, you can always hop across La Croisette to the hotel's private beach.
