Land
Bus
The bus station is in the train station complex. Details on bus options are available at the Transco information counter (03 80 42 11 00; 6am-8pm Mon-Fri, 7am-2pm & 3-6pm Sat, 10am-1pm & 4-8pm Sun). Schedules appear in the free Guide Horaire booklet; tickets are sold on board.
Transco bus 60 (12 to 17 daily Monday to Saturday, two Sunday) links Dijon with the northern Côte de Nuits wine villages of Marsannay-la-Côte, Couchey, Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin (30 minutes); the Pass Tourisme (€9) lets two to five people travelling together get on and off all day long. Dijon’s local Divia Ligne 15 goes to Marsannay-la-Côte.
International bus travel is handled by Eurolines (03 80 68 20 44; 53 rue Guillaume Tell; Mon-Fri & Sat morning).
Car
Avis, National-Citer and Europcar have bureaux at the train station’s eastern tip; a block north is Hertz (8 rue Charles Briffaut). ADA (03 80 51 90 90; 109 av Jean Jaurès) is 2km south of the train station (take the Liane 4 bus line to Bourroches Jaurès).
Train
The train station (rue du Docteur Remy) is linked with Lyon-Part Dieu and/or Lyon-Perrache (€23.80, two hours, 14 to 17 daily), Nice (€72.40, supplement sometimes required, six hours, two daily), Paris’ Gare de Lyon (€49 by TGV, 1¾ hours, 15 daily weekdays, eight to 10 weekends, most frequent in the early morning and evening) and Strasbourg (€40, four hours, three or four nondirect daily).
In the city centre tickets can be purchased at the SNCF Boutique (55 rue du Bourg; 12.30-7pm Mon, 10am-7pm Tue-Sat).
Air
At the time of writing, no scheduled international flights use Aéroport Dijon-Bourgogne (03 80 67 67 67; www.dijon.aeroport.fr), 5km southeast of the city centre.
