At this themed eatery, the cuisine, like the décor - snow shoes, a wooden canoe, stuffed racoons and even a cigar store Indian straight out of 'Seinfeld' - are the Canadophilic owners' heartfelt, if cringe-inducing, homage to the Great White North.
