With views across to the president’s summer palace, this dignified old wooden villa is one of the real finds in Naantali. The apartment is richly decorated in antique pieces with a small kitchen.
In the heart of the old town, this has a variety of rooms priced according to the size and level of decoration, which is lavish, romantic and wholly in keeping with the slightly unreal historical atmosphere of this street.
Close to the harbour, there are six snug little mini-cabins that include breakfast by the water.
This collection of mini-houses are all named after family members (Vincent or Rebecca?) and make for an extremely central family stay. It’s close enough to walk to Muumimaailma or the harbour.
Well placed in the Old Town, friendly staff, quiet garden; guests can use the kitchen.
This modern hostel-type place has functional but comfortable rooms, a share kitchen and bathroom facilities between two; families and groups can take two adjacent rooms and make a sort of apartment out of them.
A fine early 19th-century villa that's well-kept and furnished. The dining room has heaps of style and the garden is pleasant.
Although the owners possess half of Naantali, they weren't given permission to build any more extensions.
About 400m south of the harbour is this exceptional camping ground that’s always popular with holidaying Finns. It’s open all year and has great management and good facilities, including a beachside sauna.
Uberindulgence is the call of the day at this upmarket spa hotel. It’s large but stylish with treatment rooms (massage and beauty) and pools downstairs.
