Laivasilta Marina
In summer most of the action is at Laivasilta Marina 500m southeast of the centre. A cluster of old rust-coloured wooden storehouses now contains galleries, craft shops, cafés and a small maritime museum. Boats to Svartholma Sea Fortress depart from this marina.

Loviisa Town Museum
About 200m north of the market square, Loviisa Town Museum is set in an old manor house with three floors of interesting historical exhibits, particularly the exhibition on Jean Sibelius, who summered at Sibeliuksenkatu 10.
