Lonely Planet review for Curry House

Popular with travellers, this atmospheric curry joint is busy but deservedly so. Traditional Indian curries and side dishes are vacuumed at an alarming rate. You can dine air-con or alfresco, although the outside seating is right next to a busy intersection.

    I had live mud crab Fijian style cooked. very well cooked and tasty. Good thing i could enjoy my meals without the hassle of drunk people in the restaurant. This restaurant does not sell liquor so you can enjoy a safe and secured environment for your meals.

    Recommending to anyone wanting breakfast,lunch or dinner. Great place in Nadi Town.

    Everything was fresh fresh and fresh. from meat to veges to fruits. The owner happens to be growing everything on his farm. Whilst having lunch i saw the workers carrying fresh veges, Fijian root crops and seafood all professionally preserved fresh being off loaded from a van straight to storage.

    More so, everything was so organic. So if you taste buds does not taste the goodness of the meals, than either your taste buds are deceiving you or you are too fond of GENETICALLY modified fruits, meat and veges.

    I can't believe this place is recommended in Lonely Planet. Either it has gone massively downhill since the book was written, or the reviewer never actually ate there. We thought the food was terrible- our goat curry was inedible.

    Stay away, what a rip off.
    Every Taxi driver says it's their cousins place. Taxi drivers get paid to drop you off here.
    Food is terrible and you can't buy drinck.
