The décor may be shambolic but Sentai's Asian infusion menu knows exactly what it's doing. There's a heavy emphasis on seafood and adventurous souls can tuck into a bêche-de-mer (sea cucumber) combination hotpot. There's always beef in black-bean sauce or prawns with lemon and ginger for the meek.
