Getting around

Kuressaare airport is at Roomassaare, 3km southeast of the town centre. Buses 2 and 3 run throughout the day to/from Keskväljak. There's a taxi rank (Raekoja tänav) just off Keskväljak.

For car hire, try Autorent A-rent(453 6620; Vallimaa tänav 5) or Hertz(453 3660; Tallinna maantee 9). It's wise to book ahead in the summer. You can rent bicycles at Bivarix (/fax 455 7118; Tallinna maantee 22; bike per day 150Kr; 10am-6pm Mon-Fri, to 4pm Sat) and scooters at Daissy Hotel.
