Hi there, we want to go to EG this August. Do you have any uptodate info about the border crossing in Rio Campo? Is it possible. Has anyone done that out there?
I am German and my friend is American. How can we get from there to Bata? Many thanks
I'm an Australian citizen looking to visit Equatorial Guinea - and obviously I'm trying to work out how to get a visa! There is no embassy in Australia. Do I have any chance in obtaining one in Gabon or Cameroon?
Thanks for the help!
First: we did not succeed in getting visa to Equatorial Guinea (EG) as we ran out of time - but we now know what to do next time - hope the following research will help. As my wife said: there is a reason why EG is one of the most difficult countries in the world to visit
- Americans are excepted for this bureaucracy as they can get VOA
- I am Danish and there will of course be different rules based on your nationality but in general this info should apply for at least Europeans
Hello, I will be going to Malabo in either January or February of 2017, and will be flying out of Los Angeles. I am trying to find the cheapest way possible. So far, I have found the best airfare connecting through Madrid and Barcelona...I would appreciate any tips on how to find the cheapest fare available..Maybe I'm overlooking something? Any and all tips/ advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Does anyone have an email address for this Malabo hotel? The address in Bradt is incorrect; I've phoned the hotel and the address they gave me doesn't work; their Facebook page is seriously out of date. I need a reservation confirmation for my visa application.
Can anybody confirm that is american that no visa is required for arriving into Malabo by flight? I will bring completed applications, passport sized photos and a yellow fever card. Has anyone had any issues recently at this airport?
Does anyone have any recent experience or information on the border crossing between Gabon and EG at Cocobeach/Kogo? I've heard that at times only Equatoguineans or Gabonese are permitted to cross there.
I have a US passport so no visa will be required and a multiple entry visa to Gabon. I may be crossing from EG to Gabon or vice versa depending on travel plans so if one way is easier than the other, do let me know. I suspect it might be easier to leave EG at that border than enter the…
Could someone tell me whether there is a chance of getting a visa for Equatorial Guinea but NOT from their embassy in Berlin? I'm from Poland and would like to travel there this summer but the price is a little high for me as I'm planning to visit neighbouring countries as well. Is there any chance to get the visa for EG from Cameroon or Gabon?
Any information about this topic and the current situation in Equatorial Guinea is important to me.
we have been looking for a postcard for our project of the unity of the world throught the philately : http://www.born2travel.it/postcards%20eng.html for so long but we have been told that there isn't a postal service in equatorial guinea
