It takes some courage to plunge into the waters of Copenhagen harbour, though they do at least test it regularly for cleanliness. If you don’t fancy a swim, there are lawns, skateboarding parks, basketball courts, restaurants and cafes where you can chill out on a sunny day. It has a real carnival atmosphere during the summer holidays.
