Fresh, set in the heart of Robin Hood country, offers a wide range of modern and European cuisine.  I selected a fish dish, which came simply, yet attractively served and cooked to perfection. Simple yet sublime. 

The presentation of the meal counts for a lot with me, and I wasn't disappointed. They hadn't gone over the top with the garnish; the meal was attractively laid out and perfectly seasoned. I was given the correct cutlery for the meal, which both surprised and impressed me.

 I was offered a wine recommendation to complement my dish and the waiter had made an excellent choice; the wine matched the dish perfectly. A delicious light meal in an attractive and friendly atmosphere and very reasonably priced. Huge windows give a stunning view of the beauty of Nottingham and it's a perfect place to relax and rest your aching feet whilst deciding which of the many attractions this lovely city has to offer next.
