Lonely Planet review

One of the most unique, quirky places to shop in Birmingham, full of original, independent shops. So named because the building was constructed a century ago by custard magnate Sir Alfred Bird, this fantastic, eye-catching development is a memorable place to buy things you never knew you wanted. Funky niche shops are dotted between an arts and media centre; try the Urban Village for some retro-chic clothing and furnishings.
