Chefs Eric and Christiana Piedaniel's Modern French cuisine is the toast of local restaurants. A whitewashed dining room is the exquisite setting for dining on the likes of lobster bisque with quenelles (feather-light flour, egg and cream dumplings) followed by monkfish in salmon mousse. Weekday lunch menus are exceptional value. Ask about cooking classes and demonstrations.
