TV chef Gary Rhodes' new eatery boasts a prime site in the middle of the Hoe overlooking Plymouth's vast bay. Dishes are complex, classy and often unusual: smoked mackerel linguine; roast chicken with crystalised walnuts; and braised lamb squab (which, surprisingly, comes with clotted cream).
