National Express has direct buses to London (£35.50, seven hours, five daily), Plymouth (£5.70, 1½ hours, four daily) and Penzance (£5, 1¾ hours, two daily).

There are trains every couple of hours between Newquay and Par (£4.80 single, 45 minutes), on the main London–Penzance line.
