Lonely Planet review
This shabby old hotel is in the B&B-heavy area of St Paul's Rd, but the rooms are a real hit-and-miss affair - generally the top ones are quieter and larger, and the bathrooms are in better condition. The ground-floor Racks bistro is popular with Clifton's social set, and gets very busy on warm weekends.
