   The riverside terraces here give you the chance to wander among the vines, while a variety of tours and tastings (£5-50) allow you to learn about vinification and indulge in tutored slurpings; they also make cheese on the estate, so you can nibble that too. The vineyard is 3 miles south of Totnes, signed off the A381 – or walk from town along the Dart Valley Trail.
