I have a night between the end of my class in Oxford and my flight. I was going to take the train or bus back to LHR and just get an airport hotel, but that is so sad. Any recs for a place to stay one night? I'll have been in London and Oxford, so I think I'd like a village or town. I don't need excitement, just a pretty place with a good pub for dinner.
Hello guys !!
I'm planing to travel to London in late February to March 2016. I know that period of time is not the best for visiting London, but I couldn't arrange my personal calendar in other ways. So I have some questions and ask for your advices, as follows;
- Is there any chance for heavy raining ?
- How long does sunshine take per day ?
Can anyone recommend a campsite around the St Austell area. Ideally we'd like a quiet, basic site where you can have a camp fire. I've looked on camping sites but thought there might be tiny campsites out there that aren't advertised. Many thanks.
Can I buy one in Terminal 3? I'm asking for my (older) parents. They will be arriving in terminal 3 and I'm looking to see if they can buy a cheap mobile pay as you go pre-paid mobile phone. They won't be able to go into London be because they are getting a National Express bus out of there from Heathrow and they will need to contact someone via text.
I checked the services available in Terminal 3, and I see there is a place called "SIM Local"
However, I've been told it only sells SIM…
We are planning a trip to England in April 2016. We will be in London for the most part but I want to take a road trip to the west for a few days. This is the itinerary I’ve built:
Drive from London to Bath.
Overnight in Bath.
Drive through Wells, Glastonbury, Lynton, and Barnstaple, to Morwenstow.
Overnight in Morwenstow.
Drive to Tintagel, then on to Port Isaac. Continue eastward through Okehampton and Exeter, ending in Salisbury.
Overnight in Salisbury.
Me and my husband will be in Europe for 7 days. I really want to go to UK, while my husband wants to do Netherland and Italy. Can you suggest an itinerary for this trip? Since my husband will have his bussiness in Nice, its preferably the last country we visit would be France. Thank you In Advance
I'm set to go to Porlock in Somerset for a couple of days in mid-July and I was wondering whether anyone experienced with the area had any suggestions for things to do. We will have a car so can drive a way either side. Thanks!
