Lonely Planet review for Yang Sing
A serious contender for best Chinese restaurant in Britain, Yang Sing attracts diners from all over with its exceptional Cantonese cuisine. From a dim-sum lunch to a full evening banquet the food is superb, and the waiters will patiently explain the intricacies of each item to punters who can barely pronounce the dishes' names. Bookings suggested for evening meals.

Chinese taken to new level not takeaway
chutneymum recommends this,
Chinese food is a delicious blend of spices and fresh top quality ingredients, so often in the UK we are used to being served everything in a sticky gloop. Not a sign of any of that here, you get a real taste sensation at the Yang Sing, not cheap but such value for your money would be hard to find anywhere else. The Soft Shell Crab is as succulent and fragrant as it is a suprise, I hadn't tried this before and rather assumed niavely that it would have a crunch but it was heaven. The seared queen scallops with that just cooked squeak on the teeth and the flavours of the sea which were wonderful. we also had the Sizzle fried steak and the ubiquitous crispy duck, done with such flair and taste that a takeaway at our local chinese will never be the same again, just can't wait to go back.
