   A bright star in Chester's culinary firmament is this combo restaurant, bar and deli that delivers carefully prepared local produce to take out or sit-in. Excellent sandwiches and gorgeous salads are the mainstay of the takeout menu, while the more formal dinner menu features fine examples of modern British cuisine - the Cajun spiced fillet of Rainbow trout with cuttlefish, cous cous and mint & lime yoghurt was especially good.
