Going since 1939, Geales has long enjoyed fame. The quiet location, tucked away on the corner of Hillgate Village, is appetising, and the succulent fish in crispy batter is a fine catch from the menu, although the chips disappointingly cost extra (outside of the set lunch) on what should be a standard sit-down combination.
