Providores & Tapa Room information
This place is split over two levels: enticing small dishes (from £5.95) in the Tapa Room on the ground floor (no bookings); and outstanding fusion cuisine in the elegant and understated dining room above. The food is truly original and tastes divine: the Sri Lankan spiced short ribs, Cajun pork belly with Puy lentils, beef fillet with Szechuan-pickled shiitake mushrooms.
There is also a fantastic brunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
