Towering above Chinatown's main drag, what touts itself as a 'cocktail and dim sum parlour' could easily pass as an opium den-cum-brothel with Suzie Wong as host. Everything is in various shades of scarlet, there's a bartender's table with unmarked bottles (surprise, surprise) and the dim sum (£7 to £11) is made with ingredients available at the moment. Call ahead.
