Booking Office information
As the name suggests, this was, in a former life, the booking office of St Pancras train station. The space has been transformed into a show-stopping bar, with dizzyingly high ceilings (and prices). The bar has stayed true to its Victorian origin, using plenty of old-fashioned ingredients in its cocktails such as tea, orange peel, absinthe or gin.
