This brand new kid on the block has already been winning over fans with its dedication to seasonal ingredients sourced from all over the British isles, transformed by chef Simon into the likes of crisp pork belly with black-pudding mousse, and Cornish monkfish with sweet potato. Even the lighter bites – the homemade burger or the brie and cranberry sandwich – are beautifully prepared, with great attention to detail. A very promising start.
