My husband and i have booked 2 nights at Tetbury from 10th - 12th September. I just looked up accommodation in the Cotswolds and Tetbury came up and the accommodation looked alright and affordable. We will have a hire car but just wondering where we go to for the villages you see pop up on google images when you search Cotswolds. Looking at maps it seems it covers so many different places in England but i don't know which are the must see ones. Also being September are the trees changing colour…
I am going to be in London for two moths this summer and am looking for a reputable wifi rental service. I used one last summer when I was in Japan and it made my traveling much easier. I have searched on the web and other forums but most people just get responses of "There are wifi hotspots all around the uk/london/whatever city the person is asking about" so just to clarify- I don't care if there are lots of wifi hotspots. I want to be able to look up directions if I need to or call…

Is there anything else except hiking and seeing the views that we should do in the lake district and the surrounding area? And would you recommend one or two weeks?

Should we steer clear and head for Devon instead. We only have four days befor we head to London. Taking classes in Oxford prior to this for a week.

Hello, I'm traveling with my 12 year old son and 8 year old daughter in late July and was wondering how easy it would be to go from London to Dover, sightsee for 2-3 hours, then catch the Eurostar to Paris? If this is not too complicated, what is the best way to get from London to Dover. Currently I don't have any accommodations booked for London yet. Thanks!
Hi all, I'm from Singapore and I will be traveling to UK solo this coming summer, spending 9 days in London and 3 days in Edinburgh..
This is my first time to the UK and here's my London itinerary, any advices will be much appreciated, especially for a solo female traveller. Also, will there be any clash in any of the visits?
Day 1 (Sat): Touch down at LHR @ 5.50am. I will be staying near King's Cross. I hope to reach my hotel by 9am to deposit my luggages first.
We are planning to go to the dockyard next week but it seems very pricey and much of it seems to be closed or under repair. Is it really worth the exorbitant entry fee? How long should we allow to see everything?
