How crowded are the Cotswolds in July? We'll be staying in Chipping Campden for 4 nights and hope to see Stratford, Sezincote (HT property), Kiftsgate(gardens). Should we steer clear and head for Devon instead. We only have four days befor we head to London. Taking classes in Oxford prior to this for a week.
thanks

Hello, I'm traveling with my 12 year old son and 8 year old daughter in late July and was wondering how easy it would be to go from London to Dover, sightsee for 2-3 hours, then catch the Eurostar to Paris? If this is not too complicated, what is the best way to get from London to Dover. Currently I don't have any accommodations booked for London yet. Thanks!

We are planning to go to the dockyard next week but it seems very pricey and much of it seems to be closed or under repair. Is it really worth the exorbitant entry fee? How long should we allow to see everything?

OK, I know I can get to Stonehenge from, say, Salisbury by public transportation, tour groups, etc. But let's just imagine I'd rather drive my own car. Nowhere in my travel book and website reading have I read that I really can drive there AND PARK there. Can I? Or is some form of public transport my only option?

Is the regular Oyster card that I could buy in London the same cost as the Visitor Oyster card that I could buy in advance? That is, is the fee to buy either one the same? And is the cost per ride the same regardless of which card I use?

I'll fly to Heathrow terminal 3 and take the tube to Kings Cross. Can I BUY an Oyster card at the tube station at Heathrow Terminal 3? I swear, everything I've read about Oyster cards says I can USE one to get to London from Heathrow but nowhere have I read…
