Opened in 2012 on the top floor of Lincoln's snazzy new four-star DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, this swish spot has and twin glass balconies with glittering river views, streamlined decor, a great cocktail list, regular live jazz, and a restaurant serving sophisticated British dishes with a retro twist (eg ham hock terrine, and iced peanut butter parfait).
