A clean and relatively modern place, though it's not particularly convenient. Smallish rooms have TV (no cable) and OK bathrooms; those upstairs get considerably more light. The hotel is near the central market, which doesn't make the area unsafe per se, but do keep your eyes open and take taxis at night. Parking is in front of the hotel - off the street but not enclosed.
