Lonely Planet review
Mohammed Sanusy dreamt of building this place for several years, and he takes great pride in his hotel. The 28 comfortable and spacious rooms are decorated with local colour and furnishings and all have en-suite bathrooms with water heated by solar panels. The Moorish-style building is surrounded by a garden. The large restaurant and garden is at the end of the garden, and now also a small Arabic school. A pool is planned.
Our independent authors have visited Hotel Sheherazade and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Nile Valley: Luxor.

We are a small 18-room boutique hotel on the beautiful west Bank of Luxor.
We do not offer the accommodations one might find in large all-inclusive resorts.
that's not our style.
Instead, we aim to offer clean, comfortable accommodations and an attention to detail and personal service which is second to none. We can arrange local sightseeing, also trips furhter afield. We specialse in Desert Trips - 2, 3 or 4 nights spent in the Western Desert.
