Alexandria's diving experts, headed up by Dr Ashraf Sabry, who has been exploring the coastline here for decades. The company offers dive packages to the underwater archaeological sites in and around Alex, as well as to the WWI and WWII wreck dives offshore.
Be aware that visibility in the harbour waters can be an issue. Several divers have reported that poor visibility in the bay (as little as 1m depending on the time of year) affected their enjoyment of the harbour dives.
